CLASSES AND DESCRIPTIONS

Owen Muay Thai offers classes based on levels with a restricted class number so the trainer and students can spend more time together. This is important for beginners as there is a lot to take in at the begining and its good to learn the basics correctly.

The weekly amount of training depends on skill levels but i would recommend 1-2 per week for kids Or beginners and 3-6 times per week for advanced students.

KIDS

Tuesday and Thursday 16:45 - 17:30
Age 12 - 15
Classes are now available please call or msg to reserve space as places are limited.

BEGINNERS

Tuesday and Thursday 17:30 - 19:00

Beginner classes are restricted by the number of students in each class and will start at the basic level of technique and balance whilst introducing the cardio and core drills. This class is for people that wish to learn Muay Thai but have either never trained muay thai or have little experience.

ADVANCED

Monday - Wednesday - Friday 17:30 - 19:00 

Advanced classes are for students that require less instruction and have an understanding of technique, balance and spacing. Sparring can take place only if the students have control and understand how to control their power. Trainer pad sessions will occur more often.

CARDIO MORNINGS

Monday - Wednesday - Friday

07:00 - 08:30

For people wanting to get an early start in the gym but would like to engage in some Muaythai, this is for you. Combining circuit training and bag drills with core training.

SATURDAYS

Saturday 11:00 - 13:00

This is an open class for all levels and is a split with:

Technical drills

Bag drills

Circuit training

This class is cardio heavy

PRIVATE 1 TO 1

Call for booking and info

For those that wish to train out of hours or want extra tuition, technical or cardio training.
